Aria received her Bachelors of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Towson University, Masters of Arts in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Hampton University, and Doctor of Speech Language from Northwestern University.
She has had several years of experience in various settings serving both children and adults. She has worked on many collaborative teams to include family/caregivers, educators, medical professionals, other therapy staff members and community members. Aria has experience with various assessment protocols, treatment approaches, use of picture exchange systems, basic sign language, and use of AAC devices. She has experience with expressive and receptive language disorders, fluency (stuttering) disorders, articulation disorders, voice disorders, autism, aphasia, dysarthria, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and intellectual disabilities. Her ability to build connections with others is a strength that has allowed her to build meaningful relationships.
